Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is required prior to scheduled sessions.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without proper notice are non-refundable.

Online Session Conduct

Sessions are conducted in a private, structured, and professionally supervised online environment.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s device use and internet access during sessions and are welcome to observe!

Limitation of Liability

Shared Sky LLC is not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including internet outages, platform disruptions, or third-party software interruptions.  However, we will certainly consider replacement camp time for reasonable scenarios.
