Students participating in online sessions or camps will use appropriate screen names that do not include full names or personally identifiable information.

Shared Sky LLC may require screen name adjustments to ensure a safe and respectful online learning environment.

Those in camp will use appropriate screen names which do not reflect any identifiable wording.

All sessions are conducted in a secured privately structured online environment.

Tutoring sessions may use third-party platforms such as:

Minecraft Education Edition

Zoom or similar video conferencing tools

Stripe, Venmo, or other payment processors

These platforms have their own privacy policies. Shared Sky LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
